Technical Support charges are based on a rate of $30.00 USD/hour. Using PayPal you can purchase the number of hours of support you require. If this is a contract job, we'll inform you how to make the payment. Generally we require half payment in advance and the remainder on completion if the quote takes more than 3 hours. Upon notification of payment by PayPal, we will start the work. If the charges are more than an hour (example: 2 hours), then click on the Purchase Technical Support button below and change the "Qty" accordingly and click the Update button. To finish the payment, click the "Checkout" button.
